Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CDL-A dedicated truck driver to join our team as a Coca-Cola driver. As a dedicated truck driver, you will be responsible for hauling food and beverage products in dry van trailers, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Haul food and beverage products in dry van trailers, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. Drive within Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah, with a consistent schedule that allows for weekly home time. Participate in our 100% no-touch and 30% drop-and-hook freight program, which reduces the need for manual handling and increases efficiency. Drive 5 loads per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers. Meet or exceed performance standards, including on-time delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction. Pay and Bonus Potential As a dedicated truck driver for Coca-Cola, you will enjoy a competitive salary and bonus potential, including: Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Weekly performance pay, which rewards you for meeting or exceeding performance standards. Paid orientation, which includes training and support to ensure your success as a dedicated truck driver. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ. Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
