Job Overview As a CCLC Classified Instructor/Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing academic or enrichment instruction to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will be responsible for facilitating tech-assisted intervention programs, analyzing student data, and developing targeted interventions to support individual students. Key Responsibilities Facilitate tech-assisted intervention programs to support student learning and development Analyze student data to inform targeted 1:1 or smaller group interventions Attend regular professional development and/or collaboration as needed for position Communicate bi-weekly with core instruction teachers and building administration via email regarding student progress Communicate bi-weekly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and attendance Create and implement highly engaging and AZ CCRS based curriculum Maintain daily attendance records Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent College student in good standing or college graduate Fingerprint clearance is required Additional certifications may also be required as specified by the District Preferred Qualifications Experience working with students in an after-school program or similar setting Knowledge of District policies and procedures Skill in following oral and written instructions Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Sunnyside Unified School District, we are committed to supporting the ongoing professional development and growth of our staff.
