As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, operating our cash registers and POS terminals, and maintaining the overall appearance of our restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Cashier & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, both in the restaurant and at the drive-thru window
* Operating our cash registers and POS terminals with accuracy and efficiency
* Processing transactions, handling payments, and balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift
* Maintaining the appearance of the dining room and exterior of the restaurant, including restocking items and ensuring a clean and tidy environment
* Preparing and storing food and beverages, as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering memorable experiences
* Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
* Ability to operate cash registers, POS terminals, and other related equipment with accuracy and efficiency
* Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to make change and handle refunds
* Knowledge of our products and services, as well as customer-related policies at arenaflex

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service environment
* Knowledge of cash handling procedures and policies
