You'll work closely with our team to load, unload, and transport cargo and mail to and from planes, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. This is a remote customer service role that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate floor support equipment, including tugs, forklifts, and tow tractors, to load and unload cargo and mail from planes. * Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers. * Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational procedures and tactics, even under time constraints. * Load, unload, and deliver mail and cargo to and from planes, while ensuring on-time shipments. * Shield cargo and mail from damage, loss, and climate. * Properly drive and operate floor equipment, including tugs, forklifts, and tow tractors, in areas of congestion. * Repeatedly carry and load shipments onto carts and ensure each shipment reaches its destination. * Operate scanners and computers to ensure mail and cargo are routed correctly to the destination. * Practice safety-aware behaviors in all operational approaches and techniques. **Benefits and Perks** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with the resources and support they need to succeed.
