**Essential Functions:**
As a Caregiver Lead, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients in their homes in a safe and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes in a safe and professional manner
* Providing personal companionship and remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
* Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
* Completing administrative functions, such as documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
