**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Caregiver Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients in their homes in a safe and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supplying personal companionship and remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
* Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
* Performing administrative functions, such as documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
* Collaborating with our care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services

**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities
* Certification in caregiving or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) or other healthcare software
**Skills and Competencies:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
* Emotional intelligence and empathy
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
