The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing direct care to individuals with MH/IDD and be committed to delivering exceptional support and care. This is an immediate start opportunity, and we are particularly looking to fill positions for 2nd shifts, weekdays, or weekends. Key Responsibilities Provide assisted daily living skills to adults with intellectual developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential/group home setting. Ensure the proper care of consumers is applied, promoting their well-being and safety. Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment. Maintain accurate records and reports as required by the client and regulatory standards. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: Direct care experience working with individuals with MH/IDD. A current Physical/TB screening (within the last year). CPR/First Aid Certification. A PA State Criminal Background check. A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not mandatory, having additional qualifications and skills can enhance your candidacy: Previous experience in a group home or residential setting. Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
