**Experienced Call Center Representative – Walgreens Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Position**

You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional customer service, resolve complex issues, and ensure seamless communication with patients and prescribers. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving patient and medication-related issues in a timely and professional manner * Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including entering patient and medication information into our pharmacy systems * Investigate and resolve complex issues related to patient and medication information, including deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) * Provide exceptional customer service to patients and prescribers, responding to inbound calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner * Settle on phone decisions to support plans and others to acquire data, gain abrogate endorsement or otherwise settle the issue * Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient and medication-related issues * Acquire and maintain a dynamic specialist permit or certification within the first 90 days of employment **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution * Fundamental level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports or accessing data online * Fundamental web search skills, including: + Opening a program + Writing in URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Middle-level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Designing reports * Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing reports * Familiarity with Spanish and English **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong keyboarding skills and familiarity with computer software and systems * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Walgreens, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
