Key Responsibilities Provide knowledgeable responses to basic client questions, elevating more complex cases to appropriate staff as needed Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve client inquiries, update account history, and follow up with clients to confirm their issues are resolved Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and consistently meet production targets Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to resolve client inquiries and cross-train new resources in customer service processes Review and recommend changes to procedures and workflow to improve efficiency and effectiveness in processing client inquiries Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications Strong problem-solving skills to bring inquiries to effective resolution Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication to respond to inquiries professionally Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries Skills and Competencies Required for Success In addition to the essential qualifications, the ideal candidate will possess: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in using technology to drive efficiency and productivity What You Can Expect in This Role As a Call Center Representative at Gainwell Technologies, you can expect: Currently working from home with expectations of returning to the office in East Hartford in the future Training schedule: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday Shift: 8:30 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, after training Must live in Connecticut Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Gainwell Technologies, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a company that values work flexibility, learning, and career development.
