Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of our customers and patients by providing an exceptional omnichannel experience, backed by cutting-edge technology and a commitment to excellence. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients and customers by providing exceptional customer service, processing data entry tasks, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and empathetic solutions to resolve issues and concerns * Process data entry tasks, including patient enrollment, medication orders, and other administrative tasks, in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and blithequark's policies and procedures * Investigate and resolve complex issues, including missing medication data and clinical truncations (SIG codes), in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, to resolve issues and answer questions * Settle external exceptions by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as needed * Settle phone calls to healthcare providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve external exceptions * Provide assistance to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, to resolve issues and answer questions * Identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Basic web browsing skills, including: + Opening a browser + Writing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms * Basic keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing files * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing files * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 * Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals * Comprehensive training program to ensure success in the role * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
