As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. If you're a motivated, team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Call Center Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills * Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation * Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken * Processing orders, quoting, and helping team members work their overflow * Running reports in SAP and collaborating with the team * Providing training and support to new team members as needed **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365 * Self-motivation and a team-oriented approach to work * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information * Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software * High school diploma or GED preferred * 1-2 years of customer service-related experience required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Microsoft Excel experience * S/4 Hana experience **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
