Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team in Louisville, KY. This is an 8+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential, offering a competitive pay range of $15/hour. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, providing accurate information, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Our ideal candidate will have previous call center experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate information and an effortless experience to callers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers, following established policies and procedures Resolve caller inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, providing appropriate follow-up and next steps Follow blithequark policies and procedures, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulatory requirements Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers Essential Qualifications Previous call center experience, preferably in a healthcare environment Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Able to type 35 wpm or greater, with basic computer knowledge and email proficiency High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous healthcare experience, with knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations Experience working with patients, caregivers, and providers, with a strong understanding of their needs and concerns Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
