**Responsibilities**

As a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing customer and technical support for display products, including TVs and monitors, to customers in the US and Canada.
* Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
* Gathering and resolving Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to improve our products and services.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and effective support.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* **Fluent English language skills** with excellent oral and written communication skills.
* **Basic understanding of computer systems and components**, including both PC and Mac.
* **Ability to manage time and work independently**, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
* **Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service**, although this is not a requirement.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

* **A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge**, demonstrating your expertise in computer hardware and technical support.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools.
