Key Responsibilities Install and maintain satellite equipment, ensuring that it is functioning correctly and meeting customer needs. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Promote DIRECTV services and products to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Work efficiently to complete installations and maintenance tasks, utilizing our innovative technology to streamline your workflow. Conduct regular demonstrations and tests to ensure that our services are functioning correctly and gathering feedback from customers. Work in a variety of environments, including indoor, outdoor, and confined spaces, and be prepared to work in all weather conditions. Drive company-provided vehicles to job sites and report directly to work locations as required. Utilize our technology to process orders and manage your workflow efficiently. Essential Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: A valid state-issued driver's license that is appropriate for the type of vehicle being driven. The ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Compliance with required drug screenings, security evaluations, and physical demands. The ability to work in a variety of environments, including indoor, outdoor, and confined spaces. The capability to lift and handle objects up to 80 pounds. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Previous experience in a technical installation or maintenance role. Knowledge of satellite technology and TV installation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
