Key Responsibilities Support the development of principal planning models, including the annual working plan model and the monthly forecasting model, to drive business growth and optimization Collaborate with regional blithequark capabilities, Business Development, and Finance teams to develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies Develop and present business cases and scenarios to support dynamic decision-making on pricing, go-to-market strategies, and revenue optimization Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses on drivers of performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth Support the preparation of EMEA and US business updates to ensure timely and accurate communication of business performance Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, or finance Experience working in data-driven environments and driving decision-making through data analysis Ability to tailor communications to various audiences, including country teams, global teams, and executives High numeracy and analytical capability, with attention to detail and thoroughness Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a straightforward and actionable manner Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple project timelines and deadlines that run concurrently Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude, with a passion for working in a collaborative and dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the entertainment or media industry, with a focus on digital streaming services Knowledge of business planning and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to take ownership of projects and initiatives Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
