We utilize cutting-edge software and tools to collect, mine, and interpret data, and the statistical analyses and reports we produce to inform decisions with a global impact. arenaflex is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Consultant to join our Business Intelligence Group in Austin, Texas. **Join us to achieve the best work of your career and have a significant social impact as a Business Intelligence Consultant in our Business Intelligence Group in Austin, Texas.** **What you'll accomplish** As a Business Intelligence Consultant, you will assess business data to create meaningful insights and metrics, identifying patterns that improve business performance. You will support best practices and data sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business, you will also guide clients to determine data requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze data, identify trends, and provide summary analysis and interpretation to business leadership. * Collaborate with business to identify new reports needed to support business requirements. * Streamline and standardize reports on a regular basis, define and influence metric definitions from a global perspective. * Design, run, and implement reports to support the business and collaborate with other teams to provide feedback and support in process improvement. * Pursue industry trends and discuss them with internal business groups. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics). * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with demonstrated expertise in reporting and exceptional technical skills and presentation abilities. * Strong understanding of specific data analytics and experience in business processes. * Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, and Visual Studio, and familiarity with Power Apps and Automation Anywhere - A360. * Strong understanding of business climate and industry trends. * Excellent communication and critical thinking skills and being client-focused as well as having strong technical skills and presentation abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong proficiency in Large-scale, C, C++, Java, .NET, Visual Studio programming, knowledge of Power Apps, and Automation Anywhere 360. **What we offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $24/hour. * Part-time employment with 8 hours of work per week. * Opportunity to work with a global organization and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. **Why join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
