Role Snapshot: Position: Business Development Manager: Power Distribution-Healthcare Vertical Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: Workwarp Compensation: a competitive salary About the Position The Business Development Manager for the Power Distribution-Healthcare Vertical at Workwarp is responsible for promoting our solutions to hospital end-users and contractors. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical designs and power distribution products, as well as the ability to coordinate with our Sales team to drive business growth in the healthcare market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing complex electrical designs and offering alternative solutions to customers, facilitating bid negotiations, identifying key stakeholders in the project bid and negotiation process, and representing our solutions to them. Responsibilities: Review complex electrical designs and offer alternative solutions to customers. Facilitate bid negotiations covering system design, bill of materials, labor content, local codes & standards, and contract negotiations. Identify key stakeholders in the project bid and negotiation process and represent our solutions to them. Evaluate business opportunities and make recommendations on specifications, system design, and product application. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and experience: Bachelor's Degree or Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of sales/engineering experience. 5+ years of experience with product solutions for construction applications. Strong understanding of Medium & Low voltage power distribution products. Valid Driver's license in good standing. At least 21 years of age to participate in the required vehicle plan. Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.
