Job Summary As a Business Assessment Lead, you'll be responsible for conducting advanced assessments of complex business issues that impact our clients' experiences. You'll use a range of data analysis tools and techniques to identify pain points and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.Your findings will inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
