Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A valid Missouri teaching certification in Business Education (5-9) or be eligible for certification. A degree in a relevant field, such as Business Education, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of business and computer concepts, including coding, digital media, and entrepreneurship. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents. Proficiency in using technology to enhance instruction, including district software and online resources. A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in business and computer education. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience teaching business and computer courses to middle school students. A proven track record of developing and implementing innovative lesson plans that engage students and promote academic achievement.
