With a presence in over 15 languages and a global team of tens of thousands of Customer Service Associates, we're committed to delivering exceptional support to our customers 24/7. **Job Summary** As a Business Analyst on our Japan Amazon Store Customer Service team, you'll work closely with program managers to analyze data, build inferences, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of SQL, query development, and data visualization tools, as well as excellent business acumen and the ability to work with quantitative and business teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop SQL queries to retrieve complex business data and build automated reports on Excel and visualization tools * Build and maintain recurring metrics and reports to drive business decisions and customer satisfaction * Conduct deep dives to identify business performance trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for reducing defects and costs * Support program managers during large-scale feature, product, and business launches * Plan and execute multiple projects, collaborating cross-functionally and geographically * Develop and maintain dashboards to enable visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights into new areas of opportunity **A Day in the Life** * Data Extraction: Bring forward data in a clear and concise manner to drive business functions and decisions * Deep Dives: Conduct deep dives to identify customer pain points and potential solutions for reducing concessions and defects, while maintaining a high bar on customer experience * Dashboarding: Create functional and effective dashboards to enable visibility into KPIs and generate insights into new areas of opportunity **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables) * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar quantitative discipline * Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence (BI) packages * Experience with SQL * Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple, plain stories * English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking); Japanese Business Level or higher (JLPT N1 or N2) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with very large datasets * Ability to present information professionally and concisely with supporting data * Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines * Ability to engage with cross-functional teams for the implementation of project and program requirements **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global team of talented professionals * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible remote work arrangements **Apply Now** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
