Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Supervisor to lead a team of analysts who are responsible for analyzing data and processes to gain insights that improve the operations of our global contact center support business. As a Business Analysis Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving a team that identifies, assesses, and prioritizes opportunities to drive efficiency and build greater experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of analysts responsible for analyzing data and processes to gain insights that improve the operations of our global contact center support business Drive a team that identifies, assesses, and prioritizes opportunities to drive efficiency and build greater experiences for our customers Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations, including key performance indicators, processes, and systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and excellence Communicate complex ideas and results clearly to senior management and other stakeholders Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business decision-making Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our business operations Essential Qualifications BA/BS in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or a related field 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of driving business growth and excellence through data-driven insights Strong ability to communicate complex ideas and results clearly, both verbally and in writing Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Excel, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business operations and drive business growth and excellence Preferred Qualifications MBA/MS or other advanced degree in a related field Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of analysts Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
