About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Capabilities Community, which serves as a global Center of Excellence (COE) for General and Administrative (G&A) cost management. As a key member of this team, you will play a lead role as a data expert and process owner, supporting company-wide G&A objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving processes, and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Support high-priority workstreams directly aligned with executive needs, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of results
Lead process improvement initiatives, including the development of a new spend approval committee, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Coordinate, review, and present spend requests to a panel of Finance leaders, providing comprehensive analysis and recommendations
Develop initiative reporting to explain spend requests and decisions, ensuring transparency and accountability
Explore internal data systems to become a subject matter expert in spend baselines, identifying areas for optimization and cost savings
Lead reviews to validate productivity recommendations across the enterprise, driving continuous improvement and innovation
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business planning, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
3+ years of experience in process improvement management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness
4+ years of experience in the retail or technology industry, with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of these sectors
4+ years of experience contributing to and leading cross-functional teams, with excellent collaboration and communication skills
4+ years of experience presenting recommendations to decision-makers, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Certifications in financial planning, analysis, or a related field (e.g., CFA, CPA)
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of cloud-based financial planning and analysis systems, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights
