Job Overview The Information Security and Protection group at blithequark is searching for a devoted and fiery Business Administrator to join its ranks. As a Business Administrator, you will work in close collaboration with the Leader Assistant and the Administrator team to offer seamless support, and will also interact with the business organization community on various organization-related events. Key Responsibilities Provide, submit, and review cost reports in compliance with blithequark's policy Assist with all meeting logistics, small to large events, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks Proactively provide administrative and staffing support to the team, including but not limited to space, resource management, procurement, headcount management, new/interior onboarding, and event management Plan employee protection events, team all-hands, and off-sites Maintain group information with confidentiality and integrity, using discretion to make decisions within your area of responsibility Procurement of labor and goods, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and office requests Manage nicknames and support new employee setup (office, equipment, etc.) Schedule support where required Perform additional everyday administrative tasks as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2+ years of managerial, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on planning meetings/events, travel management, and basic organizational work. You should also have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work at the blithequark executive level and prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a global and cross-functional team. Preferred Qualifications An Associate's Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) is preferred. Additionally, experience working in a similar role or industry would be an asset.
