Job Summary arenaflex is seeking an experienced Brand Engagement Center (BEC) Customer Relations Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and promoting a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities Direct interface with customers through phone calls, emails, and social media to respond to inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner. Analyze customer concerns and handle them accordingly, taking ownership of the issue and providing a solution that meets the customer's needs. Utilize active listening and proactive decision-making skills to benefit customers and promote a positive brand image. Research unique customer requests using online resources and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Support in-vehicle technology and apps, including assisting customers with setting up and troubleshooting their multimedia products, phone pairing, and navigation. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, multitasking daily and utilizing multiple software applications at once. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other software applications relevant to the role. A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or marketing. Automotive experience, including working in a dealership, as a technician, or for another automotive company. Experience working with technology, including Bluetooth pairing, navigation, and smartphone integration. Familiarity with social media and online platforms. A strong understanding of the automotive industry, including product knowledge and company policies.
