Experienced Bookkeeper Needed | QBO Expert

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team on an ongoing basis. You'll be working with multiple service-based businesses, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are properly categorized and reconciled. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who values consistency, accuracy, and clear communication. Responsibilities: Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts Accurately code and categorize transactions (approximately 200 per month per client) Handle data entry for invoices, bills, and expenses Maintain organized and up-to-date books in QuickBooks Online Attend weekly Zoom meetings to review progress and address questions Flag any discrepancies or items requiring attention Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel Fluent or conversational English (written and verbal) Available to work during U.S. Central Time business hours Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable internet connection for video meetings Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ideal Candidate: Experience working with service-based businesses Proven track record of accurate, timely bookkeeping Strong communication skills and responsiveness Comfortable with technology and cloud-based systems Proactive in identifying and resolving issues Position Details: Hours: 15-20 hours per week Start Date: January 1st, 2025 Duration: Ongoing, long-term engagement To Apply Please include the following in your proposal: Your years of experience specifically with QuickBooks Online Brief description of the types of businesses you've worked with Your availability during U.S. Central Time hours Your hourly rate Any relevant certifications (if applicable) Apply tot his job
