We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team, working remotely from the US. About the Role In this critical position, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inbound and outbound call inquiries, and providing exceptional support and guidance. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will enable you to build strong relationships with our diverse customer base, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving support ticket transactions, performing administrative functions, and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support Initiate outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts Develop and maintain excellent working knowledge of program rules and operating platforms required to fulfill job responsibilities Create and maintain accurate documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries Perform administrative functions, including routing mail, email, and other support duties as assigned Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and company policies to continuously improve customer service delivery Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include: High school degree or equivalent required 6-month call center experience preferred; or 1-year customer service experience Bilingual (Spanish) is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated understanding and ability to work with persons with disabilities Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word preferred Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Certifications or training in customer service, call center operations, or related fields Career Growth and Development: At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
