**Requirements**
* 2-3 years' experience in a business/professional environment, preferably in the service industry.
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients across multiple channels.
* Ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
* Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred.
* Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools.
* Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum.
* Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings.
