Key Responsibilities Utilize native-level translation and localization skills in Chinese to support internal and external customers and related products Test and proofread content in Chinese, documenting outcomes in English for stakeholders Navigate various internal tools to understand the customer journey and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with Program and Product Managers to optimize quality auditing and machine translation improvement processes Analyze thousands of interactions to identify trends and opportunities for growth Experiment, fail fast, learn, and iterate to improve machine translation systems Communicate effectively with stakeholders across a cross-functional team, earning their trust and respect Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a native Chinese speaker with fluency in English, both verbal and written.
