**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer-focused professional, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving issues, and selling various types of insurance policies. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide customers with information about our products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options and benefits.
* Ensure full customer satisfaction by maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
* Collaborate with customers to customize insurance programs that meet their unique needs and cover a variety of risks.
* Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes to ensure they have the right coverage.
* Identify and prioritize problems and issues related to our service area, working closely with customers to resolve them efficiently.
* Maintain close contact with customers to provide updates on progress toward resolution or service request.
* Ensure that all necessary changes are made to resolve customers' problems and provide a seamless experience.
* Refer unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation, including contacting underwriting departments.
* Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, handling policy renewals, and processing applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices, and other related paperwork.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
* Develop new clients and expand our customer base through networking and proactive outreach.
* Stay up-to-date on new products and services, new skills, and technical assistance by attending meetings, webinars, and training sessions.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field.
* Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize issues.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in the insurance industry, with knowledge of insurance products and services.
* Certification in customer service, insurance, or a related field.
* Experience using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
