**Experienced Bilingual HR Director – Global Ecommerce Venture**

As a Bilingual HR Director, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual HR Director, you will be responsible for the following key areas: * **Employee Handbooks and Manuals**: Develop, update, and maintain employee handbooks and policies to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. * **Compensation Models**: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits models that align with the company's goals and budget. * **Onboarding & Offboarding**: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration. Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation. * **HR Technology Systems**: Utilize and manage HR technology platforms for tracking employee data, performance, and benefits administration. * **Compliance and Employment Law**: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, with a strong understanding of international standards. Stay updated on labor legislation and advise the company on any necessary adjustments. * **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and disputes.
