Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our cardholders, providing exceptional service and support to resolve inquiries, authorize sales, and build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from cardholders, maintaining exceptional customer service as your constant goal Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner Authorize sales and provide support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels Build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive work environment Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other software applications to manage customer information and communicate with team members Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience Must live within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Phoenix, AZ Fully fluent in English and Spanish Confidence using a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Be 18-years-old or older Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, thrive in a team environment, and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
