Your key responsibilities will include: * **Handle voice-based customer support in both English and Spanish**: Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner. * **Manage administrative tasks and executive support duties**: Provide administrative support to the project manager and other team members as needed. * **Process customer inquiries and provide resolution**: Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner. * **Perform general administrative functions**: Provide administrative support to the team as needed. * **Reach out to customers to:** + Schedule meetings with the project manager + Collect necessary information to start the project * **Log customer interactions in the CRM system**: Capture new leads in the CRM system and log customer interactions. * **Contact leads to schedule meetings to discuss their projects**: No sales involved, just a discussion of their project needs. * **Create actionable tasks based on Word documents**: Create tasks based on Word documents and follow up to ensure progress and identify any blockers. * **Prepare and share summaries**: Prepare and share summaries including current project status, next steps, challenges, and areas that need support to move forward. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * **Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)**: You must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. * **Strong customer service background**: You must have a strong background in customer service and be able to provide exceptional support to our clients. * **Administrative experience**: You must have experience in administrative tasks and be able to provide support to the project manager and other team members. * **Professional phone manner**: You must have a professional phone manner and be able to communicate effectively with clients. * **Excellent organizational skills**: You must be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. * **Strong multitasking abilities**: You must be able to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Experience with Microsoft 365, Google calendar, and WhatsApp**: You must have experience with these tools and be able to use them effectively. * **Experience with Hubspot CRM is a plus but not required**: While experience with Hubspot CRM is a plus, it is not required. **Benefits** As an Independent Contractor at arenaflex, you will enjoy the following benefits: * **Permanent work from home**: You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. * **Immediate hiring**: You will be hired immediately and can start working on your first project right away. * **Steady freelance job**: You will have a steady freelance job with the opportunity to work on multiple projects. **Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
