**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale and retail customers, resolving their concerns, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs, provide product information, and facilitate sales. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with customers in Spanish, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction
* Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, provide product information, and facilitate sales
* Communicate effectively with customers in Spanish, both written and verbally
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or wholesale environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
