About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Tennessee. Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound customer calls, problem-solve, and provide personalized support to our customers. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Fluency in English and Spanish Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and ability to navigate multiple systems and screens High-speed internet connection and self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, operating on Windows 10 and not older than 3 years Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset) Standard copper line phone service from a local phone company or bundled service from your internet provider Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call center environment Experience working in a virtual or remote work environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Our Culture At arenaflex, we are committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and empowering for all team members.
