**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through voice, chat, or email interactions. You will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
* Resolving escalated or complex issues with empathy and a solution-focused approach
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and service offerings to provide expert advice to customers
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
* Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
* High-speed internet connection (25mbps) and a quiet, private workspace
* A caring and supportive nature, with a passion for helping others
