About the Role We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) customer service professional to work in our remote team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for consumers who have been affected by identity theft and consumer fraud. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to inbound calls from consumers in a professional and empathetic manner. Providing A+ customer service by addressing consumer concerns, resolving issues, and offering solutions. Efficiently documenting consumer complaints into a secure database. Offering educational materials and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws. Key Responsibilities As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Handling a high volume of inbound calls from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. Providing clear and concise information about identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and relevant federal laws. Documenting consumer interactions accurately and efficiently in our secure database. Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as necessary. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and procedures. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum Required Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Excellent computer and typing skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (this process can take 7-60 days). Bilingual skills: fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). Additional compensation will be considered for those who pass the bilingual assessment. Desired Qualifications: Prior call center experience. Customer service experience. General knowledge of federal law.
