**Key Responsibilities**

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Help customers navigate our website, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.

**Essential Qualifications**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (or other designated languages) required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
