**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns to senior representatives when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and effective support to customers
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
* Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
* Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its products
* Certification in customer service or a related field
