**Responsibilities:**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and exceeding customer expectations
* Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its products
* Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
* Bilingual in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its products
