About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and account executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations. This is a full remote opportunity, available to candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Process transactions and various inquiries using Outlook, SAP, and Esker
Receive distributor calls as well as some end-user calls, providing reliable information and support
Work collaboratively with functional groups or team members to proactively eliminate errors and inefficiencies in the order process
Communicate effectively with sales personnel and distributors in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain a high level of service to both customers and account executives, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A college or university diploma/degree
Fluent bilingual language skills (French/English) both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong keyboard and data entry skills, with a minimum of 30 words per minute
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-call/systems volume environment while maintaining composure and flexibility
Dependable, capable of making decisions, and following through on team tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to rapidly assimilate marketing programs, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
In addition to the above skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate will:
Have a strong customer service background, with experience in a similar role
Be proficient in using Outlook, SAP, and Esker, or similar software applications
Have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
