About the Role We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) to of remote workers.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language. You will help customers resolve basic technical issues, track and document information in databases, and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
