Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a minimum of 80% of your time spent working remotely. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, agents, and agency staff, responding to inquiries related to auto policies, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders, while your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in driving success in this role. Key Responsibilities Develop knowledge of systems and application trainings associated with policy processing, and respond to basic inquiries from agents, agency staff, and customers related to policies and accounts. Provide outstanding customer service, striving to resolve issues on the first call with minimal effort required from the customer, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Attend training sessions and obtain licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to the next level, and provide input on process improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes. Follow procedures and continuous process improvement standard work, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues, and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and culture events to stay informed and engaged. Essential Qualifications Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and converse fluently in both languages. Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated typing/keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 30 words per minute, and experience with various PC software applications, including Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, and Outlook. Demonstrated math skills, including multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction, and the ability to work with numbers and perform calculations accurately. Preferred Qualifications Property & Casualty (P&C) License, or the ability to obtain one, with a bonus of $250.00 available for candidates who currently hold an active P&C License. Previous experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Experience working with insurance products, including auto policies, and a strong knowledge of insurance industry terminology and concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
