**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide product information, recommendations, and promotions to customers
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert advice to customers

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Bilingual (English and Spanish) required; proficiency in other languages a plus

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
