Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding support to parents, guardians, and students participating in our programs. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone and email, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our organization. You will be responsible for assisting with enrollment, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone and email, to parents, guardians, and students participating in our programs. Assist parents/guardians with enrolling students in our before-and after-school programs, as well as enrolling students in our specialized programs, and provide support with inquiries, concerns, and program-related questions. Provide weekly enrollment and attendance reports to program coordinators, including trends such as daily and weekly attendance averages and enrollment averages for our programs. Identify gaps where student "no show" rates are increasing and research the cause to implement effective solutions. Contact parents/guardians during evening hours and weekends to investigate why students are not attending classes and report findings to program coordinators. Resolve parent/guardian issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our programs to address customer queries effectively. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer support and maintain accurate records of parent/guardian interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and program updates to provide accurate information to customers and meet or exceed established performance goals and metrics. Essential Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (read, write, and verbal). Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students and families. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field. Previous experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of success in a similar environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote positions.
