Job Summary: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Behavioral Health Specialist (Spanish)
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Behavioral Health Specialist (Spanish) to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will focus on delivering excellent internal and external customer service, providing dedicated support to programs and/or departments, and ensuring seamless team coverage for all critical functions. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Offer dedicated support to programs and/or departments, ensuring seamless team coverage for all critical functions
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals, promoting a culture of excellence, and continuous improvement
Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases (client accounts software), to efficiently manage customer interactions and data
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail, and excellent communication skills (verbal & written), to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Fluency in Spanish (bilingual)
Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or healthcare reimbursement environment
Extensive experience in healthcare customer service considered in lieu of other experience
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases (client accounts software)
Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail; excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Self-motivated and independent individual willing to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in behavioral health
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and insurance billing processes
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and client accounts software
Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CHAA, CPC)
