Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team, providing top-notch service to our customers and partners. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a fast-paced call center environment. If you're fluent in Spanish and English, have a strong customer service background, and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service regarding issues in a heavy traffic call center, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of customer complaints Open and manage client complaints, escalating issues to management as needed Deescalate customer issues and resolve client discrepancies, reconciling customer disputes pertaining to outstanding due balances Meet defined department goals and activity metrics, with daily and weekly reporting to your direct supervisor Provide pay off quotes to dealers and customers, as well as written account information as requested Answer inbound phone calls and handle transfer of ownership, ensuring seamless communication and support What You Bring Demonstrated historical career stability, with a strong track record of customer service experience Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills High school diploma or GED equivalent required, with a minimum of 1 year of related customer service experience Detail-conscious and task-oriented mindset, with a commitment to excellent customer service Ability to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year, for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives Career Development and Growth At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
