Job Overview As an On-site Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will utilize a range of tools to navigate our website, research accounts, review options, and communicate effective solutions to our customers. Our Customer Service team is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and as a Full-Time employee, your work schedule may include weekends and overtime to ensure we meet our customers' needs.
