Job Overview As an On-site Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will utilize a range of tools to navigate our website, research accounts, review options, and communicate effective solutions to our customers. Our Customer Service team is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and as a Full-Time employee, your work schedule may include weekends and overtime to ensure we meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to a variety of clients via phone, email, and chat Utilize tools and programs to navigate our website, research accounts, and review options for customers Communicate effective solutions to customers using strong typing, phone, and computer skills Actively problem-solve and innovate on behalf of customers with good judgment to ensure the best outcome Follow detailed verbal and written instructions to ensure accuracy and efficiency Empathize with and prioritize customer needs to deliver personalized support Opportunity to learn other areas of the business and support specialty departments as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must meet the following basic requirements: Located in Costa Rica Over 18 years old with a national ID or permanent resident ID (Dimex) High School Diploma or equivalent Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency required (bilingual position) Strong typing, phone, and computer navigation skills Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualities are preferred: Self-driven, motivated, and task-oriented individual who can learn quickly and operate with minimal support Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace Comfortable with a multi-tasking, high-energy environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and other digital tools Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
