Job Overview As a Customer Service Associate with blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support and service. You will be the first point of contact for US-based bilingual customers, responding to their requests and resolving their queries via phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary objective will be to prevent issues, solve problems, and delight our customers, providing them with an exceptional support experience that reflects the high standards of blithequark. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner, utilizing a variety of tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, as well as blithequark business partners, to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Gather intelligence to prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive solutions. Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Minimum age: 18 years old Right to work in Colombia Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency), with an English level of 85% or above. Proficient computer skills and ability to work with various software applications and tools. Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 06 am to 11 pm, including national holidays. A quiet, distraction-free workspace within a dedicated office space, with a desk and chair, and a minimum of High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
