Your Role: Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through active listening, responding to varying questions, issues, and concerns, and resolving issues on the first call by being proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, adhering to data protection policies and procedures
Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused
Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language, and ensuring that all interactions are respectful and courteous


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
High school graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing
Ability to type 25 wpm, with proficiency in desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
