**A Day in the Life of a Bilingual Customer Care Representative**

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in empowering our consumers to live active lifestyles. Your day will be filled with opportunities to share product knowledge, provide superior customer support, and process customer orders. You'll work with multiple channels, including inbound calls, live chat, text messaging, and email correspondence, and be a main point of contact for Bilingual communication with our customers.

Here's a breakdown of what a typical day might look like:

* Support customers through a variety of mediums, including phone calls, email, live chat, and social media.
* Establish customer needs by asking open-ended questions, active listening, and conveying empathy.
* Link product benefits to customer needs by researching, providing product information, and recommending a solution.
* Process product orders and provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customers' requests.
* Maintain effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems to ensure accurate billings and shipments.

**What You Need to Succeed**

* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software

* Must be located in North Carolina

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Hiring Range: $13.80 USD - $17.25 USD per hour
* Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
